DEMOLITION

Clear the Site. Start Clean. Build Right.

Before something new can be built, what's already there has to come down — and how it comes down matters. Sloppy demolition leaves buried debris, unstable sub-grades, and contaminated soil that create expensive problems for every trade that follows. At Triple S Heavy Construction, we approach demolition the same way we approach every phase of civil site work: with the right equipment, a methodical plan, and the mechanical precision to leave your site clean, level, and ready for what comes next.

Operating from our central facility at 1419 Sawmill Rd in Dayton, TX, we serve homeowners, developers, commercial property owners, and industrial operators across the region. Whether we are taking down a single-family residence, dismantling a commercial structure, burying an abandoned swimming pool, or clearing a slab and starting from scratch, our crews handle the full scope — from the first swing of the machine to the final load hauled off site.

Our Demolition Capabilities

We manage the entire demolition process in-house — structure takedown, concrete breaking, material sorting, debris hauling, and site grading — so you are not coordinating between multiple contractors to get from existing structure to clean ground.

  • Residential House Demolition: Complete takedown of single-family homes, mobile homes, and accessory structures. We handle all disconnects, systematic deconstruction, debris sorting, and full site cleanup — leaving a clean, graded pad ready for your next build.
  • Commercial Building Demolition: Controlled structural removal of commercial buildings, warehouses, retail structures, and outbuildings. We manage the project from pre-demo planning through final debris removal, keeping the surrounding property and active operations protected throughout.
  • Swimming Pool Burial & Removal: Two options depending on your goals. Full removal excavates the entire pool shell, hauls it off, and backfills the void with properly compacted engineered fill — restoring the yard to usable, buildable ground. Pool burial punctures the shell for drainage, partially fills with clean aggregate, and caps it — a cost-effective option when future construction on that footprint is not planned.
  • Concrete Breaking & Removal: Precision breaking and removal of slabs, foundations, flatwork, retaining walls, curbs, and other concrete structures. We use hydraulic breakers and excavator attachments sized for the job, and we haul every piece off site.
  • Slab & Foundation Demolition: Full removal of existing foundations and pier-and-beam systems to prepare a site for new construction. Includes sub-grade inspection and remediation to ensure the new foundation is built on competent, properly compacted soil.
  • Selective & Interior Demolition: When you need part of a structure removed without touching the rest, we perform targeted selective demolition — removing specific walls, additions, or structural elements while preserving the integrity of what stays standing.
  • Underground Tank & Structure Removal: Certified removal of decommissioned underground fuel tanks, cisterns, and buried structures. We handle excavation, tank extraction, contamination assessment coordination, and proper backfill to bring the site back to clean ground.
  • Barn, Shed & Agricultural Structure Removal: Takedown and removal of aging or storm-damaged agricultural buildings, equipment sheds, barns, and outbuildings on rural and residential properties.
  • Debris Hauling & Site Cleanup: Our fleet of dump trucks handles all material transport off site — concrete, wood, metal, soil, and mixed debris. We sort and route materials for recycling where applicable and ensure your site is clean before we leave.

Why Choose Triple S for Demolition?

1. Demo and Site Prep Under One Contract

Most demolition contractors hand you a cleared lot and walk away. Triple S takes it further. Because we handle excavating, grading, compaction, and underground utilities in-house, we can take your project directly from demolition through full site preparation without missing a beat. One mobilization, one contractor, one timeline.

2. We Know What's Under the Surface

Demolition is not just about what you can see. Old foundations, buried debris, abandoned utilities, and compromised soil conditions can all hide beneath a structure and become your problem the moment demolition is done. Our operators know what to look for, how to document it, and how to address it so it does not derail your next phase.

3. Heavy Equipment. Right-Sized for Every Job.

We do not subcontract the machine work. Our own fleet of excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks is staged and operated by our crews — which means faster mobilization, tighter coordination, and no markup passed through from a rental yard. Whether the job is a small residential teardown or a large multi-structure commercial site, we have the iron to handle it efficiently.

Ready to Start With a Clean Slate?

Every great build starts with ground that has been properly cleared and prepared. Do not let an old structure, a buried pool, or a crumbling slab limit what you can do with your property. Triple S Heavy Construction will take it down, clean it up, and hand you back a site that is ready to build on.
