Our sister company, Triple S Trucking & Equipment, extends our logistics reach even further — providing dump trucking, heavy hauling, hot shot services, equipment moving, flatbed transport, and fleet support to keep job sites supplied and running without interruption. Together, the two companies form a complete heavy construction and logistics operation capable of handling projects from raw ground to finished development.
Our work spans residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and large-scale industrial construction across the Houston metro and surrounding region. We have cleared raw acreage for residential communities, installed miles of underground utility infrastructure, paved commercial and industrial lots built to handle the daily punishment of heavy truck traffic, and managed complex multi-phase civil projects from start to finish as the primary contractor.
Today, our active project list includes two ground-up industrial park developments — Sawmill Business Park in Dayton and Emmett Expressway Business Park in Houston — where we are managing the full construction scope from land clearing and mass grading through underground utilities, reinforced concrete slabs, asphalt paving, and structural building erection. We are simultaneously developing the Cherry Creek Quarters residential subdivision, handling all civil site work from initial clearing through roadway construction and lot finish grading.

We run GPS-guided equipment on our grading and excavating operations because accuracy at the sub-grade level determines performance at every level above it. We own our fleet — excavators, dump trucks, compaction equipment, paving machines, and cutting and coring rigs — which means we are not dependent on rental availability or subcontractor schedules to hit your timeline. When the job needs to move, we move.
